MEP and BIM Design

CAD, REVIT, or Navisworks files: We can create and provide CAD, REVIT, or Navisworks files for your project, ensuring accurate and efficient design and collaboration. We offer Building Information Modeling (BIM) services, which include creating 3D models, clash detection, and coordination to enhance project visualization and coordination.

P&ID Drawings

Utilized to better communicate and document the design, operation, and control of processes and systems, our team specializes in conducting surveys of existing systems, updating P&IDs, and providing quick turnaround of drawings. We will create P&ID drawings and collaborate closely with process engineering team to ensure that the drawings meet the specific project needs.

Design Assist and Design Build

We will create basis of design narratives for clients and subcontractors, help with bid/budget leveling , assisting in the design and build process.

Retro-Commissioning, Existing and New Infrastructure Analysis

We can provide recommendations for energy and infrastructure improvements, as well as identifying available incentives to help you achieve your project goals. Our goal is to ensure successful project delivery and cost control by accurately documenting and reflecting the current state of the systems.

Preconstruction Planning

Whether it is offsite prefabrication planning, or constructability review of design, we can help eliminate the back and forth process that may add unnecessary costs to project due to lack of planning and reactive, not proactive, management.

Energy Modeling and Simulation

Our team will perform building envelope load calculations, geothermal simulations, and energy studies to optimize the design and ensure energy efficiency.
